1.複製資料：
1-1.選取 ：在資料起點點滑鼠左鍵，左鍵按住不放，滑鼠拖曳到資料終點放開滑鼠，資料會反白，顯示資料已經選取。
1-2.複製 ：滑鼠游標在資料選取區上，點滑鼠右鍵會出現快速功能表，在功能表中點滑鼠左鍵選擇複製功能。ctrl  c
1-3.貼上 ：滑鼠游標移到資料要放置的位置上點滑鼠左鍵，在此位置上滑鼠游標會閃爍，表示滑鼠游標已經移到此工作位置。點滑鼠右鍵會出現快速功能表，在功能表中點滑鼠左鍵選擇貼上功能。ctrl  v
